Hi Wade!
I was looking for examples of people who tried Ferriss’ workout routine to gain mass and found your blog. Amazing stuff!
First, congratulations for keeping to the program and logging all your progress. The hard part is always the discipline to stick to the plan.
Do you know of other people/blogs who did the same thing, i.e. logged all progress with this routine? And what about other hypertrophy routines (like Wendler’s 5-3-1 BBB)?
Keep going man!
Thanks for visiting, Marcelo. I wish I could’ve found others who had done this program. They’re probably out there, and I just didn’t do a thorough search.
I’m not familiar with the hypertrophy routines, but it sounds intriguing.
Thanks for your encouragement, and let me know if you’re doing any of the “Four-Hour Body” projects.
